Product Terms and Conditions – Modentees

     By purchasing products from Modentees (www.modentees.com), you agree to the following Product Terms and         Conditions. 
     Please read them carefully before placing an order.  

1.   We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, colors, and sizes are as accurate as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. We do not warrant that descriptions or content are complete, reliable, or error-free.
   
   
2.  All prices are listed in Pakistani rupees ( PKR ). Prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties (if applicable). Modentees reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been placed.
   
   
3. All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
   
   
4. Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit your order for any reason, including stock shortages, suspected fraud, or payment issues. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
   
   
5. We offer domestic anshipping through trusted carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs processes.
   
   
6. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products within 7-days of delivery. You must contact us first to initiate a return. Some products may be marked final sale and not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
   
   
8. Modentees does not offer any warranty on products. All products are sold "as is" and "as available." If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
   
   
9. Modentees is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, misuse, or malfunction. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.
